which is found in the readme files.
LOOK FOR LINE:
$livehelpurl = "http://www.lezionionline.net/livehelp/livehelp_js.php?relative=Y&department=1&pingtimes=60";
CHANGE line to be:
$livehelpurl = "[PATH TO YOUR LIVE HELP]/livehelp_js.php?relative=Y&department=1&&pingtimes=30&";

Note replace "[PATH TO YOUR LIVE HELP]/livehelp_js.php" with the path to Your 
live help installation.
