Funding Services, LLC was formed to provide a source of funding for all types of commercial and residential mortgage loans and
to provides related and information services to borrowers, private investors and lenders.
In NJ and Florida we offer
conventional, FHA, VA & Rural Housiing (Farm Home) residential
moregages at some very
attractive rates, to qualified borrowers, through Mega
Financial Network
(of NJ), though our focus is on commercial funding.
In most of
the US, we offer a wide variety of commercial loans, from
"vanilla" commercial lending to alternative & hard-money funding.
Whenever possible, we attempt to offer rates and fees at or below
those of other funding sources, coupled with professional advice and
honest service.
For
private investors interested in improving their returns through
private mortgages and trust deeds, we serve as the source of needy
borrowers; we do the initial underwriting and processing of the
instruments they want to invest in...and then we service the loans and
manage the properties when appropriate. Investors get to sit back and
simply deposit the checks with their returns!
We
also offer other services, such
as debt
mitigation; purchases of notes and structured settlements and,
even, real estate or
liquidation auctions. In other words,
we
aim to be your "one stop shop" for funding, mortgages, asset enhancement and
related services,
aimed at maximizing your financial resources and returns.

Olen
has over 33 years of experience as a real estate broker, mortgage
originator, branch manager, broker, lender, compliance officer, network
administrator and financial & statistical analyst. Olen is also the lead commercial funding instructor for online Mortgage University and the Director of the National Association of Alternative Funding Professionals.

long-time resident of S. California, Lyn has relocated to Florida to
implement Quest's south-eastern operations center for the US, Caribbean
and Central America. Lyn is a talented entrepreneur and designer with
almost four decades of real estate and business management experience. Lyn is also the managing member of Creative REI Consultants, a real estate advisory firm. |
